Bipolar Disorder
If you have bipolar disorder, you will have periods or "episodes" of:
Depression - where you feel very low and lethargic
Mania - where you feel very high and overactive (less severe mania is known as hypomania)
Unlike simple mood swings, each extreme episode of bipolar disorder can last for several weeks or longer, and some people may not experience a "normal" mood very often.
People with Bipolar disorder can repeatedly swing from a high to low phase quickly without having a "normal" period in between. This is known as rapid cycling.

creating a home
Refresh your eyes. Over time we become blind to the little things that say “I don’t care”. That pile of papers, the shoes left in the middle of the floor, the fine layer of dust on the mirror. Every now and then, take a look at your home from the viewpoint of a visitor. Take action on what you now see.
Clear the visual clutter. Things do build up. That stack of filing that hasn’t made it to the filing cabinet. The Christmas presents that haven’t found a home yet. That travel brochure you’re still mulling over. Schedule a regular time to bring things back to rights.
Show your home some appreciation. If you’re greeted at the door by curled dry leaves on a pot plant, a squeaky hinge or chipped paint on the door frame, perhaps it’s time to plan some maintenance. Our homes work hard through all kinds of weather and the rigours of daily life. Give your home the care it needs.
Fill your home with green plants. Remember – humans exhale carbon dioxide all day and plants need it to live and thrive. Plants give off oxygen all day – and guess who benefits from that?!? So people and plants can live in perfect harmony, each one boosting the health of the other. The more plants you have around you, the cleaner the air you are breathing. Not to mention, they create a sense of serenity, almost like whisking you out into the garden when you must stay inside and get your work done.
